Normal Rates and legal

1- all transactions require a retainer or on the spot payment. retainers are for the work done, even if the photos aren't 100% what you want. The work is still done and time and the date has been taken from the photographer.
2 - If full payment is not received, ownership is not an option for the client. Those pictures belong to the photographer.
3 - "friend" rates (discounts if band merch is offered): A agreement can be made for trade upon payment.
4 - clients that do not honor or abuse the contract agreement will be banned from anymore business and will not recieve any photos.

I  will also be responsible to provide the photos between a certain time frame. I am obligated to complete and present said photos. Receipts and agreements of my assurance to provide photos and hold up my end of the bargain will be given upon payment. I have to sign as well on the contract and the receipt to protect both me and the customer.

The customer will recieve anywhere from 20 to 100 photos. And, if desired.... I  will even sit down with the customer and personally pick out and edit  with the customer. I want to make sure the customer gets what they paid for!

Show rate: 50$
Show + private shoot before or after show: 65-80$

The whole idea behind my business is it's affordable to the normal everyday bands. Bands are doing the exact same thing I am. Not every band is as big as Slayer..... They are doing it because they love music and providing entertainment for their fans. So naturally, its, my job is to provide photos for those bands to use them to promote or what ever their hearts desire...... And why not? maybe some day, get Slayer big!

So instead of paying the big photographers 250$ a show for 5 photos, lets strike a deal and get you what you want!

About

A little over a year ago, i started taking photos at shows for a few friends as just something fun to do. One day a friend of mine asked me why i didn't have a business...........and thanks to facebook, I've enjoyed almost two years of meeting and photographing some amazing bands that i never thought i would even see live!
